Working one-on-one with a seasoned yoga therapist can be beneficial no matter where you are in your yoga practice. Private yoga lessons are perfect if you are:

The first step is to connect, assess your needs and explore what you’re looking for in a yoga practice. Next, we meet on Zoom and explore the perfect program designed specifically for your body, mind and life. This could be very restorative, more active, or a mix of the two.
