Working one-on-one with a seasoned yoga therapist can be beneficial no matter where you are in your yoga practice. Private yoga lessons are perfect if you are:

  • New to yoga and want an introduction and guidance getting started

  • Feeling stagnant in your practice and need help getting “unstuck"

  • Seeking relief from an injury or pain

  • Interested in creating and adopting a self-care routine

  • Wanting to lose weight and gain strength

  • Desiring mental clarity and focus

  • Needing to reduce stress and anxiety

The first step is to connect, assess your needs and explore what you’re looking for in a yoga practice. Next, we meet on Zoom and explore the perfect program designed specifically for your body, mind and life. This could be very restorative, more active, or a mix of the two.


Session length:    60 minutes (packages available)
