Kimberly S. Leibowitz, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, YACEP
Kim began her career in media news and marketing, working for several radio and television stations in Washington, DC and Richmond, VA. She also managed advertising and promotions for The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in DC. Kim started MarketWorks VA, LLC, an advertising and marketing agency, in 2000. Her interest in training and development led Kim to become a graduate-level adjunct professor teaching sports marketing and event planning at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Center for Sport Leadership and media planning at VCU’s AdCenter (now Brandcenter). Her appreciation for the healing benefits of yoga began in 2001 after years of trying many unsuccessful remedies to ease muscle and joint pain and fatigue. Now she is committed to helping others find significant physical and emotional relief through yoga. Kim is a certified E-RYT 500 hour instructor and a certified yoga therapist offering group classes, workshops and private yoga consultations. She is also an instructor in Glenmore Yoga’s 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training programs. In 2013, Kim started b.Restored, LLC and began leading wellness trips to resorts across the U.S. She is also a certified wellness and business coach. She received her bachelor of arts degree in Urban Studies from The College of Wooster.
Jennifer M. Hays, M.P.T.
Jennifer received her bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2000. Since that time, she has worked in an orthopedic private practice specializing in musculoskeletal dysfunction. Jennifer has advanced training in manual therapy techniques. In addition to practicing as a general physical therapist, she specializes in the areas of temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ/TMD), craniofacial pain and headaches.
Jennifer has been a member of the APTA and VPTA since 1997 and is certified as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through the APTA. She has presented to dental groups and co-teaches chronic pain workshops throughout Virginia.
